All HIW Live coaching services are for educational and informational purposes only.
Coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The purpose of these sessions is to support your personal wellness journey and to help you develop greater self-awareness and informed daily practices.
You are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medications, or overall health routine.

HIW coaching sessions are not intended to replace medical care, therapy, mental health care, or any other professional healthcare relationship.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Because each session time is reserved specifically for the person who books it, sessions may not be canceled once booked.
Requests involving extenuating circumstances may be considered case by case. If such a situation arises, please contact hiwlives@gmail.com as soon as possible. Any exception, including a possible reschedule or credit, is granted solely at the discretion of HIW.
Missed sessions, unattended sessions, and no-shows are forfeited and are not refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIW LLC, including its employees, contractors, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in coaching services.
You release and discharge HIW LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of its coaching services, except where prohibited by law.
