HIW Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to HIW Live (“HIW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, purchasing, booking, enrolling in, or using any HIW service, program, session, call, subscription, or related offering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from purchasing or using our services.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
By enrolling in any HIW program, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Overview

HIW provides educational wellness services, including but not limited to:

Discovery Calls
One-time support sessions
Coaching sessions
Self-paced programs
Fixed-access programs
Monthly subscriptions
Other educational wellness offerings listed on www.hiwlive.com

Each offering may have its own structure, access period, booking window, fees, and specific terms as stated on the relevant service or checkout page.

Service-Specific Terms Control

These Terms & Conditions apply generally to all HIW purchases, bookings, enrollments, subscriptions, sessions, calls, and programs.
If a specific HIW service page, checkout page, booking page, or program description includes additional terms for that offering, those service-specific terms also apply.
In the event of a direct conflict, the more specific service terms will control for that offering.

4. Payment Terms

All prices, fees, billing structures, renewal terms, booking windows, and access periods are listed on the applicable service page or at checkout.
Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Subscription offerings renew automatically according to the terms shown at checkout unless canceled in advance of the next billing period.
Any setup, personalization, onboarding, or readiness fee stated at checkout is required and, unless otherwise stated in writing, is non-refundable.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal or other approved providers (such as Stripe). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

All payments and fees are final and non-refundable.
Because appointment times and service access are reserved specifically for each participant, booked calls and sessions may not be canceled once confirmed.
Missed, unattended, abandoned, late-canceled, or uncompleted calls or sessions are forfeited. Late arrival may reduce the available session time.
For one-time session-based offerings, purchase creates a defined booking period. If the session is not booked within the stated booking window, the offering expires and is forfeited unless otherwise approved by HIW in writing.
For self-paced programs and fixed-access programs, access begins on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Any unused portion of the program, including access, materials, or participation time remaining after the stated access period, is forfeited.
For subscription offerings, cancellation stops future renewals only. Once a billing period has begun or a renewal charge has been processed, that billing period is final and non-refundable. Cancellation does not create a refund, partial refund, prorated credit, or reimbursement for any current or prior billing period.
Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, unused services, unused materials, delayed participation, incomplete participation, failure to book within the stated time, or failure to complete a program within its access period.
Requests involving extenuating circumstances may be reviewed case by case at HIW’s sole discretion. Any exception, including a possible reschedule, access adjustment, or credit, is entirely at HIW’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Complete any requested forms honestly
Attend scheduled calls or sessions on time
Use HIW services respectfully and for personal educational purposes only
Maintain the confidentiality of any login or account information associated with your access
Program access, materials, and services are intended only for the enrolled participant and may not be copied, shared, transferred, reproduced, redistributed, or used by any other person unless expressly authorized by HIW in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All HIW content, materials, program content, videos, worksheets, written materials, graphics, downloads, branding, logos, and related resources are the property of HIW, unless otherwise stated, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
All HIW services, programs, subscriptions, sessions, calls, and materials are intended only for the enrolled participant or purchaser. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, shared, distributed, transferred, resold, republished, uploaded, posted, or used by any other person without prior written permission from HIW.
Purchase or participation does not transfer ownership of any HIW intellectual property and grants only a limited personal, non-commercial right to access and use the purchased service or materials during the stated access period, if any.

8. Nature of Services

HIW provides educational, wellness, and coaching support only.
HIW services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, crisis care, emergency services, or prescription.
Participation is voluntary. Each person’s circumstances, participation, consistency, and application of the materials are unique, so each person’s experience and response may vary.
You are responsible for consulting your licensed healthcare provider before acting on information provided through HIW, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under treatment, or managing a health condition.

9. Emergency Support

HIW services are not emergency or crisis services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For immediate emotional, mental health, suicide, or substance use crisis support in the United States and Puerto Rico, call or text 988. 988 is available 24/7, and support is available by call, text, or chat.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIW, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, participation in, inability to use, or reliance on any HIW service, session, program, subscription, call, content, or materials.
HIW’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific purchase or service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service or offering.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of HIW services is also subject to the HIW Privacy Policy available on www.hiwlive.com.

By purchasing or using HIW services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with the related privacy terms and policies posted on the website.

12. Changes to Services or Terms, Availability, and Updates
HIW Live may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, programs, or content at any time — for example, to improve quality, enhance security, update materials, or comply with legal requirements.

We may also revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Refund Policy without prior notice.

All updates take effect immediately upon posting on www.hiwlive.com and are indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. Updated terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

By continuing to use our website or participate in HIW programs after revisions are posted, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms.

HIW reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update services, policies, pricing, terms, and related website content at any time.
