1. Introduction
Welcome to HIW Live (“HIW,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our programs, website, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
By enrolling in any HIW program, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Overview
HIW Live provides educational wellness programs, including:

• HIW Monthly Membership

• HIW JumpStart Program

4. Payment Terms
HIW Monthly Membership

• Cost: $9.99 USD per month.

• Billing: Payments recur monthly on the same calendar date as your first payment.

• Renewal: Membership automatically renews unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

JumpStart Program

• Pay-As-You-Go: $29 USD per module.

• Full Program Access: One-time payment of $249 USD for complete access to all modules.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or other approved providers (such as Stripe). All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
5. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility Period

• Participants may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued except under Exceptional Circumstances.

Access and Usage Conditions

• Refunds are unavailable once course materials have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, to safeguard our intellectual property.

Course Rescheduling and Extensions

• Participants facing unforeseen life challenges may request to defer their studies for 6 or 12 months.

Written requests explaining the reason are required, and recommencement fees may apply when returning to the program.
Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds outside the standard window may be considered case by case at HIW’s discretion and may require supporting documentation.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Membership: Written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days before the next billing date to prevent renewal.

• JumpStart Program: Cancellations follow the Refund Policy above.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information.

• Use our services solely for lawful and educational purposes.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

8. Intellectual Property
All HIW Live content—including course materials, videos, text, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of HIW, LLC and is protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
You may use materials for personal educational purposes only and may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIW LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of HIW Live services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.
11. Availability, Changes, and Updates
HIW Live may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website, programs, or content at any time — for example, to improve quality, enhance security, update materials, or comply with legal requirements.
We may also revise these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Refund Policy without prior notice.
All updates take effect immediately upon posting on www.hiwlive.com and are indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date.
By continuing to use our website or participate in HIW programs after revisions are posted, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms.
